About WCU Sports program
The WCU sports program provides a variety of different majors including Sports Management, Physical medical and recovery, Physical Education and Professional Athletic Training.
Professor Huang
As a professional basketball player, I have a great experience in athletic programs, we have an echelon basketball team to participate in Chinese University Basketball Association and I have been working as a head coach for 10 years.
Students
For students who have great athletic talent, we provide a large number of scholarships as well as preferential policy of bonus points. Except for the basketball team we have a great number of sports teams. Students who are recruited by coaches can maintain their athletic dreams and undergo more advanced training.
Our Aim
Our college is aimed to cultivate advanced sports managers and also high level athletes for Chinese Sports Industry, sport is becoming increasingly valued in today’s society and even every vocations need people who are passionate and skilled in sports. Sport is also an industry which can provide much GDP for a country.
Future
Students who are in our college may have the opportunity to have internships in CBA, Chinese Football League, Chinese sports press, Chinese National sports teams etc. More than 10 active basketball players in CBA are graduated in our college also 3 soccer players in national team.
